Marius Čivilis is representative of the new “simple&smart success style” generation which emerged in 21 century as the output of simplifying trends of life style and by frustrations of information overflow and the need for better utility of Information Technologies. Marius is inventing the smart-effective but simple successstyle. he is wandering around the cyperspace&paperspace getting needles out of information haystack with the clear purposes and goals to improve true goals of people and to show them the true crystalised way of happiness & success.
Marius is keen on the world secrets and better order of life for the people. he is optimiser and experimental fact analyser of human behaviour. Marius relies on the experiments and practical applications of psychology and social sciences. he is curious about the things which helps us to live nice and happy. Marius strives to change bad or junk human habbits.

Marius’ scientific interests are knowledge processes analysis & re-engineering, personal development, success theories, information management, human psychology, project management, Marius is leverging information technologies into new level of simplicity and usability.
Job/Work
At present time Marius is a Project Manager PMP©, for an international IT company helping it to achieve big goals, also Marius is lecturer at Vilnius University of Project Management and Information technologies classes.

Marius’ hobbies goes hand in hand with his main activities as self improvement via best life practices&experiments, helping others to achieve high goals, NLP, finding or exploring fantastic things in information and mankind’s heritage haystack:) - what does he do now? - inventing, optimising, dancing, flyfishing, windsurfing, surfing the net, flying kites, flying, jumping, relaxing..
