The Simple eating life style: How to lose 3 kg in a couple of weeks by not dieting or starwing.
I will not propose here a new revolutionary diet, I will not propose a super fast system for fat loss or etc. I will propose simple and effective lifestyle change for a better health and fat loss.
After long period of time we have analysed over 30 most popular diets and assembled the diet-lifestyle which could bring you good health and turn you into metabolisms phase of burning fat. The Simple diet (If you could call it diet even, because it is more about healthy lifestyle..) consists of 6 items you have to remember. There are no long difficult to memorize lists or rules, the Simple diet consist of simple items and simple actions.
So just tune up into a very simple way of thinking. So here is the story and basic total rules.The simple diet, simple rules:
- Avoid white quick carbohydrates(white bread, potatoes, look at red column at table). and soft drinks and juices. (except apple juice) (Atkins diet, South beach diet) (I mean avoid all quick digestible carbs, the quicker you digest the more sugar you have the more fat you gather)
- Eat all what you want only one day a week fully for preventing energy and metabolism down-regulation due to quick calories restriction (Saturdays is the best choice) (Cheaters diet, Cyclid Ketogenic diet)
- Eat 4 and more times a day and eat monotonic foods.
- Avoid bad saturated Fats. (pork fats and animal are bad because highly saturated, use olive oil, fish oil, nuts butter,) (Mediterranian diet)
