How to fall asleep quickly? - if you cannot fall asleep, try sound theraphy - listen to special melody on your mobile phone/ipod or mp3 player

A lot of us are complaining, about not being able to fell asleep quickly, and it need to be done, because tomorrow early we must go for a work.
As you may already know, our mind must be in the Alpha brain-wave stage to fall asleep. This is the stage your mind enters you’re still conscious, but your body and begin to relax. It enables your more rampant and conscious mind to turn off as you enter the realm of sleep. (look for more here)
How to do this?
Let’s bind our minds to one leading topic. Topic can be created by various ways - sound effects (maybe somebody remember grandpa’s sleep songs) , view(looking at a picture on the wall,aqua fishes, clock hands) , specific task(one can count sheep), repetitive feelings(sleeping in vibrating going car).
Let’s use sound therapy for our daily home sleep
Repetitive melody or sound for example listening to ocean waves is connecting and binding us to the idea about the sea sand beach as we imagine this we get relaxed, calmed. Now we are connected to one mind, so we’ll got asleep quickly. It is mandatory to truly listen to melody to imagine its effects and perceived views.

So we will need:
- mobile phone, capable playing mp3, or any player having external speaker;
- relaxing melody.
- action- to put player not far from your head from bed you sleep, sound must be heard not too loudly and not too silently;
Disable player loop feature. 15-30 minutes is enough to fall asleep.
