Project management in paper way: simple method of getting things done and clearing the mess on your table:)

Have you a mess at your desktop at work? Have a lot of tasks in your project and you are tending to delay things happen? Here is the solution for you which explores old good way of dealing with worktasks using paper and no computer at all.
The paper based system of project tasks management is finding this way again. If we look at a wonderful article Martin Ternouth (look for thread down) description, we could find interesting trend to use paper again and to use in such a way that computer couldn’t cope it.
There are rules for paper based system :
- Keep paper in folders
- Empty folder of today at the end of the day
- Never keep more than one task in a paper workspace folder
ADVANTAGES
“The first advantage of this system is that it grows organically. Task files are not set up until they are needed. The second advantage is that the system recognises that people work best when they have paper to shuffle around, make notes on, place side by side, clip to or unclip from. The third advantage is that paper never goes missing because the chaos of paper on the desk is all from one task. “
