Simple Mental Diet experiment: refuse negative thoughts and start to experiment amazing things in your life
Many life coaching books and articles insist us to be positive, to have positive thoughts for achieving our goals or to feel happy. But a curious reader often miss the information how to do this, the authors of books say what to do, but they don’t advice us how often to do.
So do you want to know how could you easily have positive changes in life, be more happy, and achieve more?
Just try the simple Mental Diet experiment. It will last for one month only (as seen on John Dorsey ebook)
The simple rule is:
- refuse all your negative thoughts for one month;
If suddenly a negative thought comes to your head, just say in mind “it’s not true, I don’t accept that”. And for better neuro programing you can even tap on your finger with others hands finger, to feel pain. It will create reflex to avoid thinking negatively. Where possible you can convert bad thought to good thought. Inverse bad thought. Change words: hard-easy, bad-good, never win-always win;
The principle of this technique will be as follows: you will feed only positive thoughts to your subconscious mind without any negative ones, this way you begin to thing more positively, and gain new powers to create wonderful things. After the month you will be “programmed” to have positive thoughts and positive view without efforts.
Just try it for one month and look for good changes!
